Snow King Ski Area nestles in its own private corner at the foot of Snow King Mountain, looking out across magnificent Jackson Hole, Wyo. The first ski hill in Wyoming -- and the last run of the day -- is right here. With 31 trails covering 400 skiable acres and a vertical of 1,571, Snow King offers challenging terrain for every level skier. Cross-country skiers will enjoy 30 km of trails. Snow King is home to The Great American Ski School, one of the nation's most innovative programs. First-timers, beginner to experts and those 4 years of age or older will benefit from instruction on all aspects of alpine and cross-country skiing.

Snow King Resort is a full-service, all-season resort, consisting of the largest and most complete hotel and conference facilities in Jackson Hole. It also includes the Snow King Center day lodge and ice rink. Accommodations at the area are at the contemporary Western Hotel, which has 204 guest rooms and 50 adjacent condominiums. The Atrium Restaurant provides casual dining from breakfast to late dinner and Rafferty's features a lavish Sunday brunch. Complete ski repair and rental shop, full-service alpine and cross-country guided tours and instruction, swimming pool, three whirlpools, fitness room, sauna and game room are also available. A barber/beauty shop, valet dry cleaning and laundry, newsstand, gift and accessory shop and activity desk are also on the premises. Snow King Ski Area and Resort is located 10 miles from the Jackson Hole Airport, seven miles from Grand Teton National Park, 9 miles from Teton Village and 60 miles from Yellowstone National Park.

From Idaho Falls:

During the winter months, take Highway 26.

Please be aware of varying road conditions in mountainous areas. Yellowstone is closed to cars during the winter season, but there are alternative routes.

From Jackson:

Take Hwy 22 west out of Jackson to Hwy 390
Follow Hwy 390 to Teton Village and the ski area.

From Rock Springs:

Take Highway 191 north from Rock Springs to Jackson Hole.
