Magic Mountain is where skiers and boarders seeking adventure can soar past their limits on some of Vermont's most challenging and interesting slopes. Here at Magic, our sole purpose is to deliver an authentic New England skiing experience offering classic Vermont-cut trails in a relaxed, intimate and family friendly atmosphere. In offering southern Vermont's best downhill skiing, riding and tubing terrain, we remember what original Vermont skiing was all about. So will you. We welcome you to Magic Mountain Vermont.

Magic Mountain is a ski resort near Londonderry, Vermont. It features a 1,600-foot vertical drop. The summit is at 3,000 feet and the base at 1,300 feet. Magic offers a combination of terrain, but is known as a pretty steep mountain. Magic has a long history and much of the base and Slopeside homes and condos date from the 1960s, although many have been renovated in that time. Having experienced a multi-year closure in the 1990s, multiple owners, and existing in the shadow of family-friendly Bromley Mountain and corporate-owned Stratton Mountain, Magic has struggled in recent years to stay afloat. Most recently, while some resorts touted multi-million-dollar projects, Magic bragged that it has painted some lift towers and its base lodge. However, for all the setbacks and underwhelming accomplishments, many hard-core skiers prize Magic's steep trails and lack of crowds.
