The Concept TMS belongs to Ride's ATV collection—as in All Terrain Vehicle. This board will take advanced snowboarders down a big mountain line one day and down the pipe the next. The secret to the Concept TMS' versatility lies in its Silencer 5 Tuned Core and innovative Slimewall construction. Five strips of carbon above this freestyle deck's core transfer power from your binding to the edge, allowing you to carve trenches in hard snow. Ride wrapped these carbon strips in visco-elastic material and made the sidewalls out of impact-absorbing urethane to reduce vibration. The result is a board that refuses to chatter at speed and feels super smooth sliding down rails. Whether you ride centered or set back, switch or regular, the Concept TMS' quadratic sidecut and twinnish shape handles like a Maserati. When you get down to the dreaded, ultra long traverse at the base of the park, don't strap in, the Concept TMS' fusion 4000 sintered base glides fast over any type of snow, helping you make it to the chair.

Timeless
So after 15-16 years Ride has replaced their board the Timeless with the Concept TMS. I really enjoyed riding this board back in February. This board is similar to the Society with a few difference to make it more of a "Freeride Board". It has the new 90a slimewall, which is great because it is slightly stiffer than the 85a but still provides that great dampening and feel that I got on the Society. The flex and pop is great, I took this board everywhere I could find on the mountain and it was fun everywhere. The stance is setback on the board, which was very nice for carving, but wasn't set back so far that I couldn't have fun in the park. I tried out both the 161 & 164 sizes. Had zero issues with my 10.5 boot fitting on both of them, no toe overhang or drag at all. If you're mainly a free rider/Carver/Big Mountain rider, that occasionally dabbles in the terrain park or you like to find natural jumps you will love killing the entire mountain on this board.
