| Spring Mountain Ski Area is located in Spring Mountain,
Pennsylvania, about 28 miles from Phildelphia, PA. With 9 ski trails,
served by 6 lifts, Spring Mountain offers downhill skiing, snowboarding and
snow tubing in winter. After a change in ownership, summer activities are also
included, like mountain biking. Spring Mountain is a wonderful place to take
the family to learn, to improve, and to excel. It's the closest resort to Philadelphia
and our low prices, short lines, friendly staff and terrific group rates really
do make us the place to go that's "so much fun, so close to home".
We feature a beginner area complete with a "Magic Carpet" conveyor
lift. We are also a "Burton's Learn to Ride Area" featuring special
Burton equipment and Burton trained instuctors to make it fun and fast for you
and your child to learn to snowboard. |

From Philadelphia:
Schuykill Expressway (route 76) west to Blue Route (476) North to Northeast
Extension (still 476) to exit 31. Turn right onto Route 63. Take Route 63 thru
Harleysville crossing over Route 113. After 113 intersection, travel approximately
2 miles to Shelly Road. Turn left on Shelly Road and follow signs to Spring
Mountain.
From New York & North Jersey:
Take route 78 West to Route 476 ( N.E. extension of the Pa. Turnpike) South.
Get off at Exit 44 and then turn right on to Route 663 East. Turn left on to
Route 29 South. Follow Route 29 South until you see the signs for Spring Mountain
Ski Area and turn left on to Spring Mount Road. If you get to Schwenksville
on Route 29 you have gone too far.
From Delaware:
Route 95 North to Blue Route (476) North to Northeast Extension (still 476)
to exit 31. Turn right onto Route 63. Take Route 63 thru Harleysville crossing
over Route 113. After 113 intersection, travel approximately 2 miles to Shelly
Road. Turn left on Shelly Road and follow signs to Spring Mountain.
