Apple Mountain offers every skier and snowboarder - beginner to advanced - the opportunity to enjoy their favorite winter sport just a few miles from home. Located in the heart of the tri-cities, Apple Mountain is fast earning a reputation for great family fun. The Learn-to-Ski programs attract beginners of all ages. Apple Mountain's race programs challenge skiers of all ages and levels. Youngsters can hone their skills in the weekly Challenge Cup Series, and for the more seasoned crowd, the Adult Race League meets Wednesday evenings.

Apple Mountain has a quad chairlift, a snowboarding park with a half-pipe and 100 percent snowmaking capabilities. State of the art grooming equipment, lighting for night skiing and a warm cozy lounge for after you have enjoyed the slopes make every visit to Apple Mountain enjoyable!

Apple Mountain is about 15 minutes from I-75 and U.S. 10

From North:
(West Branch)
Traveling I-75 Southbound
• Exit U.S. 10 West
• Exit M-47 (Freeland Exit)
• Follow M-47 through Freeland and turn right on Tittabawassee Rd.
• Cross the river
• At first 4-way stop, turn left (South) onto N. River Rd.
• At next stop, turn right at our entrance

From South:
(Detroit/Flint)
Northbound I-75
• Exit I-675 to Tittabawassee Road
• Turn West (left) on Tittabawassee Road
• Follow Tittabawassee Road for about 12 miles across M-47 and across the river to N. River Road
• On N. River Road turn South (left) and follow to the next stop sign and turn into our driveway

From Northwest:
(Traverse City/Midland)
Southbound U.S. 10
• Exit M-47 (Freeland Exit)
• Follow M-47 through Freeland and turn right on Tittabawassee Rd.
• Cross the river
• At first 4-way stop, turn left (South) onto N. River Rd.
• At next stop, turn right at our driveway

From Southwest:
(Lansing)
Traveling on I-69 Eastbound
• Exit onto M-52 Northbound
• Follow to M-46 (Gratiot Road)
• Turn East (right) onto M-46
• Follow M-46 to N. River Rd.
• Turn North (left) on N. River Rd.
• Apple Mountain is seven miles from the M-46 and N. River Rd. intersection
