Shawnee Peak offers 41 trails with surprisingly advanced terrain, great cruising inermediates and also providing the ideal learning environment for the newcomer.

As New England's largest night skiing facility, Shawnee Peak offers 1,300 vertical feet - top to bottom - of lighted terrain, covering 17 trails. With Shawnee Peak's aggressive snowmaking and new "afternoon grooming" program, you'll discover peak conditions day and night. Shawnee Peak caters to families, offering a wide variety of kids' programs from learn-to-ski programs to junior racing programs. Kids 5 and under ski free anytime at Shawnee Peak. Shawnee Peak is conveniently located less than an hour from Portland, 1 3/4 hours from Portsmouth, NH 2 1/2 hours from Boston and just 20 minutes from North Conway, NH on Route 302.

At Shawnee Peak, we’re absolutely accessible. From most points south, your trip is almost entirely on the Interstate! Less than one hour from Portland, 1.75 hours from Portsmouth, NH, 2.5 hours from Boston and 20 minutes from North Conway, NH! And because we’re open until 9 p.m. on weeknights and 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, you can ski the largest night skiing mountain in New England after work or school! From Portland, ME
Less than One Hour – US Route 302 West for 50 miles. Turn left on to Mountain Road approximately 6 miles past Bridgton (second left after Moose Pond.)

From Portsmouth, NH
1.75 Hours – Interstate 95 North to Exit 48 (formerly Exit 8) on Maine Turnpike. US Route 302 West to Bridgton. Turn left on to Mountain Road approximately 6 miles past Bridgton (second left after Moose Pond)

From Boston, MA
2.5 Hours – Interstate 93 North to Interstate 95 North. Proceed thru Portsmouth, NH on Interstate 95 North to Exit 48 (formerly Exit 8) on Maine Turnpike. US Route 302 West for 50 miles. Turn left on to Mountain Road approximately 6 miles past Bridgton (second left after Moose Pond)

From North Conway, NH
20 minutes – US Route 302 East thru Fryeburg, ME. Approximately 8 miles past Fryeburg, turn right on to Mountain Road.

From Augusta/ Northern Maine
Interstate 95 South to Exit 63 (formerly Exit 11). Left onto Route 115 to Route 302 in Windham. Turn right onto Route 302. Approximately 22 miles to Bridgton. Turn left on to Mountain Road approximately 6 miles past Bridgeton (second left after Moose Pond)

From Lewiston/ Auburn
Route 11 west to Route 302 in Naples. Turn right onto Route 302. Approximately nine miles to Bridgton. Turn left on to Mountain Road approximately 6 miles past Bridgton (second left after Moose Pond)

*Lift ticket must still be attached to clothing to be valid. Holiday periods:

From Sunday River (Bethel, ME)
45 minutes – Route 5 South to Waterford, ME. Route 37 South to North Bridgton to Route 117 South. In Bridgton at traffic lights, turn right onto Route 302. Turn left on to Mountain Road approximately 6 miles past Bridgton.

From Attitash/Bear Peak (Bartlett, NH) or Bretton Woods
50 minutes or 1.25 hours – Route 302 East through North Conway and Fryeburg, ME. Approximately 8 miles past Fryeburg, turn right on to Mountain Road.

From Wildcat Mountain
One Hour – Route 16 South through North Conway to Route 302 East to Fryeburg, ME. Approximately 8 miles past Fryeburg, turn right on to Mountain Road.
