| Aspen/Snowmass offers wide-open blue skies and fluffy white powder,
as well as some of the most diverse terrain in North America. At Aspen/Snowmass,
one ticket allows you to experience Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands,
Buttermilk. Four mountains with tons of acres acres of terrain, countless lifts,
numoerous trails, thousands of feet of vertical drop, hundreds of inches of
fresh snow and endless blue skies -- all located within a 12-mile radius and
accessible by free shuttle.
Aspen Mountain, the flagship mountain of the Aspen/Snowmass resort
complex, rises imposingly out of the heart of downtown Aspen to 11,212
feet. This 675-acre mountain is known for steeps and bumps and is a favorite
among upper-intermediate and advanced skiers. A historic mining town, Aspen's
rich culture and community provide endless opportunities for visitors to renew
the mind, body and spirit. Adding to the attractions, Aspen Mountain will bring
high-altitude cuisine to new levels with the launch of five new restaurants.
Perched at 11,212 feet, a new 22,000 square foot Sundeck will feature 30-foot
ceilings and a massive rock fireplace and will house a cafeteria (Sundeck),
a sit-down restaurant (Benedicts), and a semiprivate club (The Aspen Mountain
Club).
Guests may have their equipment transferred at the end of the day to any of
the four mountains in Aspen/Snowmass for $3. The equipment will be waiting at
the base of the mountain the next morning. Additionally, guests may store their
equipment overnight at any mountain. Guest may also have their equipment tuned,
waxed or repaired overnight for an additional charge. |
