Sweet helmet
Love everything about it! The fit is a teeny bit small but doesn't really affect the comfort factor. Audio works well but aren't the highest quality speakers (go figure :P) but overall a deadly helmet!
Audio Broke
I got one of these from a Ski Expo. The audio piece broke after about 5 times on the mountain. I've been waiting for Bern to fix the audio piece for over 8 months now!!! They keep telling me it's a problem with the supplier, and they are waiting on the shipment. I know many people are having this same issue. Bern doesn't seem too concerned with customers after the sale. Cool helmet, but if it breaks, you're screwed!
Bad sizing
Ridiculous sizing. I saw lots of reviews saying the sizing was small but one of the lives salespeople talked me out of ordering a size larger, insisting that people just weren't measuring their head right. After about 10 attempts measuring my head I got 57cm everytime. The L (57-59cm) is too tight. It looks cool but be aware it is only a hardhat with some dorky looking foam padding that is white and doesn't blend in well with the black helmet.

So...you have two reviews for two different helmets, trashing both helmets and the company with the same "used it 5 times on the mountain" complaint. They're your only reviews on this site, and you didn't even buy them here! What gives?
