PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Arbor Crossbow Snowboard ruthlessly attacks any terrain and any snow conditions. Arbor's signature all-wood construction gives the Crossbow the ammo to boost kickers, stomp cliff drops, and slash innocent little fluffy pillows of pow. Arbor gave this freeride snowboard a progressive sidecut for precision control and a carbon fiber strut and cork stringers for lively pop that won't chatter like mad when you're cookin'. Diamondwood-reinforced sidewalls amp up your turn initiations and transform them into explosive take-offs. Whether you take the Crossbow snowboard through the steeps, the groomers, or even a quick lap through the park, its super-fast sintered base stands up to hidden obstacles and gives you multi-season chargeability.

Bottom line

Pierce the heart of the storm with the park-inspired, all-mountain Arbor Crossbow.

Product Reviews

looks good rides good
good looking board and very light weight..wont pull your knee apart like a crescent roll on the ski lift.
....the board for "real" Riders, ..........
.....who really want to ride, and not just having been ou there by saying " ....yes, I do snow boarding...." meaning by that, "..yes I have been on the piste too...". The Crossbow is just a great board for hard riding no matter if there are normal conditions or with some icy plates in between, it holds the track. It has a grip and does precisely what YOU want it do, if you ride controlled and strict. Yes you could ride powder with it but for real powder rides I suggest the Abor Abacus a much better board. Eberhard
You don't ride this board... it rides you.
Burly straight lines, cliff hucks, ridiculously stiff. No park, noodling in the trees, or butters. Fun freeride deck.
Arbor Crossbow is fast and good.
I have ridden with this board for about 50-60days. It is superb. I have had no complaints. I typically agree with the other posts however, I think the board is great in the powder, and in the trees. The tail is longer than typical boards because the radius is different in the back, so that is why it holds edge so well. People complain about it because their turns don’t slow them down as much (they want it to wash out and break instead of turn). People coming from the Burton types will put their feet on the arrows and be frustrated. The solution to this is to move your back foot back a little until you get used to the board, then move it to please your riding style. I love it. Arbor is good.
not for the feint of heart
This is my first arbor so I wasnt sure what to expect. As the title states, this board is not for the timid or feint of heart. It is a high performance board meant to be ridden agressivly. It is really stiff and active. You have to push it or it will push you back. If you like to go at mach speeds and huck cliffs with abandon this board is for you, if you like to play around and slow speeds then it might not. I was suprised at how stiff and lively this board is and because of that, it holds an edge at speed extremely well. That said, it can not be as responsive at low speeds as some of the softer boards out there. The description does a good job telling you how this thing rips. So, if you like pushing your board to the limit while cruising then this one will not dissapoint.
